Introduction
The course has been designed for people that have HSE Roles in controlling worksite hazards and dealing with different levels of contractor’s work force. It is considered that all delegates have some health and safety experience and qualifications. The course focused on Hazard Identification, Assessment & Control, and how the participants provide safe working conditions. The course highlights the role of Toolbox as a tool to controls hazards in work sites.
Objectives
Providing participants with the necessary knowledge and skills to create and maintain a safe and conducive work environment, and consequently prevent or reduce the probability of incidence and injuries occurrence. Also how to develop and implement Tool Box topics, Job Safety Analysis as a simple tool of Risk management.
Training Methodology
This is an interactive course. There will be open question and answer sessions, regular group exercises and activities, videos, case studies, and presentations on best practice. Participants will have the opportunity to share with the facilitator and other participants on what works well and not so well for them, as well as work on issues from their own organizations. The online course is conducted online using MS-Teams/ClickMeeting.
