Introduction
Analytical credit risk in retail lending is the focus of this course with practical examples of scoring systems. Both application scoring and behavior scoring are covered together with segmentation (pooling). The best practice is examined for the measurement and management of credit risk in the retail area including small business lending, revolving, consumer and car loans, and mortgages. The training explains modern retail banking within the Basel II framework and presents best practices in the areas of identification, measurement, and management of retail credit risk.

Training Methodology
This is an interactive course. There will be open question and answer sessions, regular group exercises and activities, videos, case studies, and presentations on best practices. Participants will have the opportunity to share with the facilitator and other participants on what works well and not so well for them, as well as work on issues from their own organizations. The online course is conducted online using MS-Teams/ClickMeeting.
